Apartment Complex
Lived here for less than a month but the staff and maintenance are top-notch. Could use an upgrade on appliances and parking is very small.

Overall good
Living at MAA City Gate is of great value compared to other apartments. It is not forgotten that no apartment is perfect, there are always drawbacks wherever you go. For my unit at MAA City Gate, Scorpions are a huge issue and its very frustrating to be signing up every week to have my unit sprayed.
