Not a bad apartment complex, they make it easy to talk to them. Maintence could be a little bit better but they do a decent job

The maintenance staff has been very helpful. The office staff is helpful now but that has not always been the case. The apartment is conveniently located. However, it is older which can be seen in the counters, faucets, flooring and carpeting. I'm not opposed to recommending people live here but I would warn them about the scorpions.

Old community with outdated appliances and countertops. Parking is hit or miss. It does not matter the level of tenant you are if they can squeeze money out of you they will i.e. raising renewal rates, no grace period for rent due. I paid my rent on time for all 19 months I was there and one instance they had a glitch in their portal where payment was not submitted, I was threatened with termination of my lease by letter a day later. Lastly, the pools are never cleaned from what I am aware of. I usually go every week but can’t get in. Algae, scum, floating surface items, never chlorinated, over flowing trash cans etc. There are way too many communities available for anyone to even consider renewing a lease. I think management changed when I secured my lease because things have gone down hill since.
