Not recommended

I’d never recommend Crossover Terrace or Valley Lake Apartments; Lindsey for that matter. Maintanence requests are a joke to them; constantly raising prices but does nothing to better the apartments we call “home.” Outdated appliances and rude management. Took 2 years to get my AC “fixed” and they finally replaced it after giving me a “Notice of Non-Renewal” and kicked me out for no reason. Just a lazy place but hey, you get what you pay for I suppose. Cheap place to live, literally and physically.
