Good place to live

Less amenities than a normal Lindsay, but we get to use the pool at the valley lake across the street. Great staff, always on top of maintenance, etc.

I’d never recommend Crossover Terrace or Valley Lake Apartments; Lindsey for that matter. Maintanence requests are a joke to them; constantly raising prices but does nothing to better the apartments we call “home.” Outdated appliances and rude management. Took 2 years to get my AC “fixed” and they finally replaced it after giving me a “Notice of Non-Renewal” and kicked me out for no reason. Just a lazy place but hey, you get what you pay for I suppose. Cheap place to live, literally and physically.
