no amenities rent increases and hard to get things fixed. have lived with broken things in the unit from normal wear and tear submitted multiple maintenance requests over the years, nothing gets fixed no new appliances yet rent increases always

Its a good place to live, great location. Rent is a bit high, but not extraordinary for the area. 1-2 covered parking spots is great, and the apartments are very spacious. Ive lived here for 2.5 years now, really enjoyed it.
