PRO: Great Value, Responsive Maintenance Staff. CON: Local Water Bentonville Utilities Office is worse then any DMV office I've ever experienced but that's not the Apartments fault.

Not a bad place to live. The only disadvantage is that there isn’t central heat and air. Just a windows unit in the living room. There are no amenities such as a workout room or community swimming pool. The price seems to be okay but the rent keeps going up every year. Northwest Arkansas seems to think this is a metropolis and soon everyone who doesn’t make $100,000 a year will be homeless. Anyway Delmar apartments are the cheapest apartments so far and it isn’t a bad place to live if you’re just looking for a roof over your head. I will say the location is excellent and you can get almost anywhere you want in 20 minutes or less. I will say the landscaping looks much nicer on the west side apartments. The east side looks like slumville. The parking lot needs a vast improvement but I’m sure if they fix it they will increase the rent more. The maintenance crew and staff are excellent. They usually will fix anything within 24 hours and if it’s an emergency they will come to your apartment right away. I give it 3.5 stars out of five.
