Have lived here for about four years now. When we first moved in, everything was prestine and it was peaceful and quiet. Even has amenities my roommate and i looked forward to using very much. Maintenance has always been great and front office personnel have been very helpful and understanding. The problem that is going to make us move as soon as our lease ends is the massive influx of single family apartments being lived in by 6 plus people at a time. On top of the gross overcrowding and noise that carries on late in the night. We were so excited to have found this new complex a few years ago and it has gone completely downhill. Its truly sad

My wife and I have lived here for a little over two years and havent had a single complaint! Management/staff has always been fast and helpful - my wife has gone through a severe skin condition that has required a lot of allergy and sensitivity testing, and they’ve helped us with ozone machines, etc. I havent had a single noisy neighbor in the two years we’ve been here. Maintenance comes by quick and always fix our issues (maybe two hardware problems in total?) We love living here. Great location, affordable price, nice staff. We recommend to all of our friends in the area whenever theyre looking for a new place.
