Not the best communication and way too expensive for a small

When we first moved in, the communication was not clear on the “convenience package” and we feel like we got tricked into thinking this situation was better than it actually is. The walls are incredibly thin and you can hear kids running down the hallway or anyone talking for that matter. The entire NWA culture is dying do to overpriced resedential housing.

Best location. Walking distance to Crystal Bridges. Bike ride to downtown. Great value. Wonderful staff. Truly love living at Crystal Flats.

Great, feels luxurious

I love living at Crystal Flats in Bentonville, AR. It is the best apartment I have ever lived at. I live in a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom studio. Super quiet atmosphere. I appreciate how the utilities are included in the rent, makes paying the bill so much easier. It is newly built, so nothing wrong with the building and room, and I love the chill vibes. Great local events as well. The space is more than big enough for all of my stuff and more. Cozy and comfortable layout too.
