The location of Crystal Flats cannot be beat. If you are looking for walkability or to keep you footprint small this location has it all. Maintenance is always quick to fix whatever request has been submitted and they are kind and courteous when entering your apartment. Leasing office is always very helpful and quick to provide answers if you should have any questions. Neighbors are quiet and very respectful in this community. The leasing office plans monthly community get togethers that are always fun and sometimes outside of the box, which is much appreciated.

Ive been beee sinxe fhe building opened and though managment has chNged a fee fimes, this management team seems to be much better. Handicap parkinf isn’t adequate, noise between floors is loud, and trying tonhave packages or food delivered is often rough.

Crystal flats is in an awesome location ! Finally getting a restaurant which is super convenient. The new office staff is amazing . Apts themselves are ol however noise between floors is a but much. Apts to the side if each other are beru quiet . Parking is a little difficult at times. Somtimes there are no spaces available close to the building i live in . All and all inwould defintaly recommend the complex. The ammenities are great , often office will have parties or activities for tenans and people are friendly foe the most part .
