Great place to live!

Lived here for a year and have enjoyed my time here. Great staff and great amenities for the price. I will say that noise can be heard well between apartments - so be aware of that.

Avia is a wonderful option for Samford students looking to live off-campus. During my time at Avia, I have had nothing but positive experiences with staff and my neighbors. The location is wonderful and the close proximity to a school ensures a safe neighborhood.
