Seven (7) to eleven (11) month lease terms are available for an additional (+) $150.00 per month. 5: You will create your Applicant portal and complete your application. 6: On Step 4: Additional Applicants, you can add and send the email invite link to any additional roommate(s) or guarantor(s).
