Don’t expect fancy

Nice complex overall. Buildings are pretty old and could use some updates. Staff is really nice, but upper management can be really arrogant at times. Definitely not worth what they charge for rent, but a good location.

Overall decent place

Mailbox has been broken since I’ve moved here in June and doesn’t lock but besides that maintenance is quick to fix in apartment problems and I haven’t had any problems with anything else.

Apartment has brand new carpet and very clean we were expecting to start cleaning when we moved in but there was no need
