I am a full time student and worker so it is very important for me to live in a quiet, calm neighborhood so to not only get my work done, but to also be able to get plenty of rest and decompress. I will say this complex overall fits that criteria. Neighbors are overall very friendly and respectful once the sun goes down to be mindful of noise. Also, as a woman living alone I have noticed management and maintenance do a wonderful job making sure everyone is taken care of and feels safe. It makes living here very comfortable and pleasant.

The price is decent, the maintenance staff are great, but the office staff tend to have poor customer service skills and lack internal communication. Save copies of all documents for personal keeping.

Very happy and comfortable in my apartment. Very quiet and the location is so convenient to my work and everything really. The staff is very eager to help and the other residents are very friendly and respectful. Very happy with my choice to call Malibu at Martin my home!

I have lived here for 2 years now and the best part of the apartments is how good and timely the maintenance is. The pool and gym are nice, I personally do not use them often but they are good. The only thing I would request them to add would be a basketball court.
