It's okay but not as nice as I first thought moving in. Pool area is nice but apartment quality mediocre. Repairs have been cheaply made and superficial.

Great place to live!

I am a new resident to malibu and i do enjoy living here. Only issue I have is the lack of a dishwasher, and cabinet space. Besides that its an amazing place to live! nice and quite!
