We have only been here a little over a month. We needed some maintenance done and they came pretty quick to rectify the situation. We love the spaciousness of our unit and hoping it will serve us for some time.

We have really enjoyed living here the past few years, but it has definitely gone a little downhill in the last year. Mainly, it’s been much harder to get a response to important maintenance orders. I absolutely loved the staff when we first moved in, but again this has changed as now there is one lady in the office that has nearly lost our paperwork and doesn’t seem to care about residents or acting friendly and warm towards them. However, the location in town is amazing and provides a safe environment and we love that. The main manager I do know does a great job talking with residents and I appreciate that. But, the skyrocketing rent is out of hand considering that overall quality of living and customer service here has greatly declined. Thanks for considering our review!
