We understand that pets are part of the family. That's why your pets are welcome to join our community at Renaissance at Galleria.  Pet-screening is a part of the application process for ALL applicants. A welcoming environment is paramount to all of our residents.  To help ensure ALL of our residents understand our pet and animal-related policies, we use a third-party screening service and require everyone to complete a pet profile, a "no pet" profile, or request accommodations for an assistance animal.  This process ensures we have formalized pet and animal-related policy acknowledgments and more accurate records to create greater mutual accountability.  If you are unable to complete a profile online and need help, please contact your housing provider. I've lived here about 9 months, and it's a great location, but my unit has a lot of water damage, and my floor gets wet every time it rains but the issue still hasn't been fixed.

I like the apartment complex as a whole. The only problem I consistently have is the maintenance. They are just very unorganized and take forever to come work on a problem. I have an issue with my A/C that they have repeatedly worked on about 7 times but failed to fix. There have been a few times where I put in a maintenance request and the request just gets completed in the system without them ever coming to work on it. They've even called ME one time to ask if my A/C had been fixed because they had lost track of their repair orders. The property managers and leasing agents don't make it any easier because they rarely ever call you back when you leave messages asking about on going issues.
