Cant get better than this
The best, I looked all over Birmingham , I drove in and I knew it was the place ti be. The pool area looks like a resort. A little slice if heaven. The property manger wirks 24/7 never fails to meet the owners and property needs. A well run association

Just ok
The people are nice enough even though there is quite a bit of turnover. The place looks nice, however I would expect a few more safety features, including cameras and staff not entering residents without prior notification. The response of maintenance is great, but there has already been some nasty flooding from pipes, which was cleaned up quickly by maintenance.

Very Satisfied
My experience has been positive. Rent is affordable, the location is great, and I was coming from a place with no trash service, so that is a nice touch. Management is obviously committed to improvement with all of the renovation going on. I am pleased with Brookwood Apartments.
