I lived at Village at Caldwell Mill for 6 years and had a great experience. The maintenance is top notch.....they fix anything that is needed within 24 hours. The property is kept up very well......constant attention to the grounds and no trash or extraneous litter anywhere. The staff is wonderful and always ready to help or answer questions. Highly recommended !
