Best Place, Great Value

I can't imagine anyone regretting moving here. The convenience, protected parking, amenities, and quiet space make it a win. Recently, I went through the process of comparing other downtown options to the Pizitz, and on all counts, it wins. It has the historic vibe, so much diversity in my neighbors, kind staff, clean building, and close to everything. I feel safe coming home at any time with the parking deck. I use the gym and find it kept up well. The new bike storage is the only thing I was waiting for, and I am excited they did a great job. Solid.

Stress Free Place to Live

I have only lived in Pizitz for a short time, but compared to several other places I have lived, it exceeds my expectations. It is very quiet. I anticipated slow elevator service and that has never happened! The mail room is safely protected- critical if you have lived somewhere that this is not the case. The garage always has plenty of space and feels very safe- again, if you have been in a sketchy situation, this never feels like that. The halls and common areas in the building are clean and smell good. You can't smell any food or anything in the halls except when you are downstairs near the food hall. I'm going to repeat- QUIET! It just has a good feeling. Diversity in the residents is also nice to see and people have been very friendly. I highly recommend!

I have live at The Pizitz since the beginning while still under constructions. I never thought I would enjoy living downtown especially in the building my parents shop back in the day. the services , the friendly smiles and the amenities has been great compared to other lofts and apartments downtown. The atmosphere awesome these four years of stay. Great job. Thanks.
