I have live at The Pizitz since the beginning while still under constructions. I never thought I would enjoy living downtown especially in the building my parents shop back in the day. the services , the friendly smiles and the amenities has been great compared to other lofts and apartments downtown. The atmosphere awesome these four years of stay. Great job. Thanks.

Perfect location, great staff, beautiful building!

Just getting settled in after 2 weeks, and loving it! Staff communicates well, is helpful, friendly and professional. A few things needed touching up as we moved in, and they installed my big TV on the wall! Maintenance personnel are friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the building and the repairs. Custodial staff is always working keeping everything clean! Did I say pet friendly? Not just allows pets, but friendly to them. Small fenced, artificial turf dog park on the garage roof was a must have for me and late night dog walks, as is the secure parking. Expect to enjoy the next year just as much! We love watching the city buzz from our window!
