The pool is overrun by trespassers who party all night then leave the pool area trashed and the pool green and unusable. The pool is constantly being closed for "maintenance" for this reason. Oxmoor tenants rarely get to enjoy the "Sparkling Pool" so don't be fooled by the pictures. Management does NOTHING to prevent this from happening (always on the weekends and holidays) when none of them are on the property. Ongoing problem for many years clearly is never going to be resolved.
