I've lived here for years and they just painted the for the first time last year. The apartments aren't kept well and honestly look as though they might crumble at any minute especially the steps. Before the change of ownership things were handled better. There is a lot of maintenance that needs to be done here.

My apartment is spacious, maintenance is usually pretty quick about things, the apartment generally doesn't have maintenance issues.
