Terrace Apartments

This is my first apartment. Its been a great experiece so far. Smooth and seamless tramsition. The property manager is amazing. Construction has been done outside swiftly. Its great. Ive been here for about a year now. O complaints.

The apartment is really well for the price. The only downside is community laundry and the parking lot is at a steep angle. Makes it hard to park. Overall, its a really well priced apartment for location and what you get. Comared to the rest of the area.

It’s an awesome location, i feel safe. The manager is kind as well.

I was sad when the pool got taken away but I am hopeful for more amenities in the future! Very rarely any sound coming from neighbors due to concrete walls and ceilings overall, a great place to live

Perfect spot for solo people. Good service and timely requests are being handled well.

I came looking for a studio apartment... and ended up staying for an incredible view of Birmingham from the C level! Between the great staff headed by Ms T and the rent being sweetly priced, I personally know why it's hard for folks to leave Terrace Apartments. I've had the pleasure of meeting a couple of neighbors who have been here for over 5-10 years. I've never experienced any issues while living here and I know we have a couple of "Birminghams' Finest" who reside here as well. It's really peaceful. The only draw back for some may be "The Hill"! It's an incline that can be intimidating but if you need some extra exercise... #Boom lol ... With all that said, if you have the opportunity to live here, I know you'll enjoy the experience. #HappyHunting
