Lived at Assent 1308 for year and half. The rent is reasonable for the location. Maintence is wonderful, Bobby is exceptional and so nice. The property is old and needs updating on the outside. Feel blessed to have what I have. Being on disability and never knowing when I will have to go in the hospital, I am grwatful knowing I can pay my bills and the rent is reasonable.

Out dated, noisy, maintinence request not completeted for AC

The apartment is in a good location. Like the bigger rooms, utility room. However the AC needs servicing and the outside of these apartment could be improved on. Lived here a year in April The person above me has a large dog and is very noisy.
