Nice Place

This has been a good place to live. Pretty expensive as far as value. Additionally, the utilities are incredibly expensive (heating/cooling), which the complex needs to do something about. Otherwise, decent place to live. Safe and relatively quiet indoors.

My review

I have lived at this property for over a year. I like it because I'm close to work. But the area has gotten more dangerous and I don't like that. The gate is often broken to the parking garage so you never know who is coming in and out during the day. There is often homeless people sleeping in the back alley or on the sidewalks around the complex. I wish the area was safer. Management and staff here is great, the amenities are good. The views from the gym and pool are incredible. I just wish it was safer.

I've lived here for three plus years. I value the lively diversity of the community here abd the effort the staff makes to provide events that bring us together. The amenities are excellent - when they are working. I wish we had a way to recycle.
