It seems that tenants who have lived here longer can break the rules more than others. There have been multiple people using public parking as their personal parking spot by leaving there non working vehicle or work vehicles in the public spaces. Also, there is only two trash cans for dog waste. It would be more benefical if every apartment had a trash can for dog waste outside.

This apartment complex is a perfect distance from some good grocery stores and restaurants and the apartments are cery nice

I have lived here for 12 years and have been very content. I feel safe here and my appartment is well maintained. The staff are friendly and courteous and maintenance is very efficient. I highly recommend MAA Colonial Grand.
