MAA Riverchase Trail is a good place to live. The spaces are well-maintained, and the staff is courteous and professional. They do their best to help the residents with any issues that arise. The rent is high for the amount of space and quality of amenities available. This should not reflect negatively on the on-site staff. They do amazing work and do all they can within the corporate structure to keep good, long-time residents on site. The community is vibrant and diverse with small families and various levels of single and married professionals. Would recommend to anyone prepared to pay the rent.

It seems that tenants who have lived here longer can break the rules more than others. There have been multiple people using public parking as their personal parking spot by leaving there non working vehicle or work vehicles in the public spaces. Also, there is only two trash cans for dog waste. It would be more benefical if every apartment had a trash can for dog waste outside.

This apartment complex is a perfect distance from some good grocery stores and restaurants and the apartments are cery nice
