Our Homewood Townhomes offer what no other property can: the largest space at an unbeatable price, in a location convenient to the most popular destinations in Birmingham. Over the mountain from Highlands, Five Points and downtown Birmingham, and just around the corner from SoHo Square, Highway 31, and I-65.
Our townhomes are perfectly positioned to provide a quick commute in any direction.
Homewood Townhomes feature a flat rate, partial utility fee that covers water, sewer, pest control, lawn care, backdoor valet trash service, and 24-hour emergency maintenance.
The utility fees for each floor plan are as followed: 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom: +$115 per month, 2 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom: +$135 per month, 3 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom: +$155 per month. This utility fee is paid in one lump sum monthly with rent and is included in the rental price listed.

The only utilities paid separately are electric, gas, and internet and cable! All floor plans feature central heat and air, as well as washer and dryer connections in the kitchen. Tenants have the option to bring their own washer and dryer set, or to rent a set from us for an additional $50 per month.
These apartments are zoned for the award-winning Homewood School System, including: Shades Cahaba Elementary, Homewood Middle School, and Homewood High School.

Valley Ave Townhomes

The units are charming and fairly well taken care of for their age. Maintenance requests are filled quickly. Although Valley Ave is busy, the location is ideal (near downtown Homewood, downtown Birmingham, the Mountainbrook town centers). However, the units would greatly benefit from some updates; for example, the single pane windows are very energy inefficient so they unnecessarily increase energy and gas bills while the unit is still either too hot in the summers or too cold in the winters. Although the rent is fair, the prices for gas and electricity hurt the overall value of the units. It would be more bearable to pay more in monthly rent for a moderately updated, energy efficient unit than to pay so much to still not be entirely comfortable. I have loved living in these townhouses but plan to move at the end of my lease because these prices make what should be an affordable apartment significantly less affordable. The pet fine is also extortionate, but I can get over that.
