I have lived here for only 1 month. The day the moving truck pulled in, there was a major landscaping issue with an adjacent bld landscape caving into our outdoor courtyard making it unusable. Today it is even better. Owner Addison is out there everyday supervising the progress. It's AMAZING! STAY TUNED FOR PICS. The best courtyard in Southside is coming. TY ADDISON ??

I really enjoyed my time here. It was a good price for the location and was overall very safe. The property management (Creed & Bradford) was inattentive and unhelpful but the owner, Addison was absolutely wonderful and accomodating. If you ever need anything, communicate with her. The maintenance was always timely with friendly and professional staff. Rarely had any problems but recieved help within a day of the request
