Great location, quick maintenance, and honest staff
The apartment was well kept with lots of amenities. Very convenient location. The staff was always willing to help and were very honest.

4700 Colonnade
I do recommend living at 4700 Colonnade. The maintenance staff is great, but there needs to be more of them. They are overworked. There needs to be janitorial employees to release the maintenance employees from cleaning elevators and other areas. I love the location and the inside of my apartment.

Just moving in. Apartment beautiful and amazingly clean. Elevator down on move in day. Very unfortunate. Light bulbs blown in closet. Not sure how to work gate code manually. Overall, great location.
