It’s ok

Clean complex, nice amenities, staff replies with maintenance concerns. Excellent location. I go to the workspace every morning. I thought amenities would have water, coffee, etc, but its always empty. The door to 4th doesnt open for the stair closest to my apartment so i gave to keep remembering to walk another direction. I emailed staff, they usually fix things but not this. I wish there was a key fob to open the doors instead of the app. It’s not always convenient to pull out my phone. We dont like the washer and dryer. They are outdated with the big center piece in the middle. I pay for my wife to park on level 2. Its very convenient to get to our unit. The fee is high if you consider it with the higher rent. There are PLENTY of extra parking spaces on level 2. Why cant the fee be per unit instead of per car. Causing inconvenience to tenants while having an abdunance of unused parking spacing.

Overall Great Apartment Complex

I've lived here for a year, I love the apartment and the building. I love the amenities although the gym a little snug. Great location downtown, very convenient with great services and stores and restaurants around the building. Lots of parking. The only issue is the fire alarm going off at very late hours and inconvenient times and not being responded to in a timely manner. Sometimes the phone and latch are glitchy. Staff seems to plan enough events to engage residents.
