These people don't care if anything gets fixed. The washer breaks down constantly and they won't replace it. I'm sitting here now with a load in the washer and it won't spin. Will probably take a week again for them to even look at it. These people are awful.

Moved from family home to 2 bedroom apartment, garage in midtown apartment. Pro- very close to work, shopping, hiking. Lovely grounds. Helpful staff. Free coffee and internet in lounge. Small functional gym. Very dog friendly...lots of walker w pups. Con- yappy dogs bark.

Simply the Best!

The Highlands Luxury Residences is the Best Kept Secret in Anchorage!!! If you are fortunate enough to come across this Diamond BEFORE signing a lease anywhere else.... I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you choose The Highlands! Seriously, the Staff are very caring, kind, and take pride in their work! The location is perfect, nestled back in an unsuspecting location that most people wouldn't even think of looking. All of my maintenance requests have been addressed in a timely fashion and with professionalism. The community here has been perfect, quiet, and serene. The best part of living here has been the events that the staff have put together, which admittedly I have not been to many but I do want to participate in more :-) Overall, so long as you are not a troublemaker and/or bonehead, and are respectful and mindful of others around you, The Highlands is the place to settle down and life! BTW, get to know the staff a little because they are great people not ROBOTS!
