Multiple problems

I just moved in on Friday, it’s Sunday and so far the carpet is peeling off the floor, there’s exposed wires, my apartment is damp and humid due to the bathtub faucet leaking hot water. Emergency maintenance didnt do much, they said they would fix it on Monday, but while I wait, I can’t use my shower. They offered no alternative. This is beyond unacceptable. Absolutely not worth the $1420 a month that I’m paying.

Loud noise

The neighbor that resides right across from ours keeps slamming his door where the whole building would shake and yells so loud where I can hear through the walls. During wintertime the parking lot really sucks! Especially where I park. We literally had to park on someone else’s parking spot for the whole winter.
