Ed came to fix my sink in the bathroom and the lighting in the kitchen. He did an absolutely wonderful job. He snaked the sink to clear the drain. It now works beautifully. He fixed the lights in the kitchen. I can now see again. Ed was exactly what you want in a maintenance person. He was efficient and knew exactly what to do. Am having trouble w/ laundry app.

I like the fact you allow dogs. I can’t physically have dogs as pets anymore, and have gotten to know a couple dogs…you know, for my “dog fix”. Also, I would very much like to see a bench or picnic table on the grassy area on NE side of bldg. i understand the excuse of homeless people being attracted to it but in the 4 yrs ive been here, it hasnt been proven. It would be a nice way to interact w/ neighbors in the summer. Also, there should be a dumpster on this side of bldg. i was tol its the refuse company that doesnt want to contend w/ blac security gates,(that arent functional anyway) so you might as well get rid of them!
