Happy 4th of July, neighbors!

Just wanted to say how happy I am living here. I only just got a computer a month ago, my first in 5 years (I know!) so I haven’t taken advantage of communicating through this site, using at first, the library computers to pay my rent, &, after the library closed I had to utilize my friends‘ computer access. Well, I’m baaack! Anyway, I’ve finally gotten the “stolen newspapers” issue resolved—I was much aggrieved that one of my neighbors was behaving like that! Something else I’ve been wanting to post, was to thank my anonymous and kind neighbor that left me the sweet little character and some treats on Easter. (To thank me for my Sunday paper I left in the lobby for whoever wanted it, they said) But it was a kind and thoughtful gesture that was such an unexpected surprise, and THAT’S the kind of neighbor I love and appreciate. So, in closing, I finally have a venue to communicate with everyone...I’ve missed this and I’m sorry it took me so long after moving in, in November, to get to this point. Thank you for being such good neighbors! Beck

Cozy place

Great location, but delivery, and uber drivers have a difficult time accessing the front of the building. Usually GPS takes most drivers through W. 21ST to the back of building, even though you give the driver W.22nd address. To be expected but requires extra patience and understanding by the tenant.
