What makes the difference between an apartment and an apartment complex with warmth and a welcoming atmosphere is the front office reception! She always has a smile, knows the tenant names and often stays back in her own time to help residents and talk to them. A great service attitude, and I hope she becomes the complex manager one day as it would make a positive difference to PP2 and would be well deserved.
