Some other types of pets such as hamsters, birds, turtles, reptiles, and fish are allowed. Tropical fish must be limited to a 20-gallon tank. The max number allowed, one-time pet fee, and pet rent apply only for cats and dogs; the max number allowed, one-time pet fee, and pet rent do not apply for other types of pets. Our community is pet friendly, and certified service dogs are allowed.
