I’m not sure if this is where I should do it seeing as he’s normally based out of the lower 48 and is only here for a week, but Patrick from the leasing office is AWESOME!! Less than a week ago I applied for an apartment in anchorage ak and he has been beyond helpful! I have called quite a few times bugging him with miscellaneous questions and he has eased my mind on many things as a first time renter. He’s the perfect person to keep in mind when you’re in a weidner property, or looking for a new place whether it be in alaska or not :))

I like living in the apartments that are super close to the greenbelt locations. Benefit of having confident and considerate neighbors makes life nice. Having the pet area between apartments for the fur babies to have some privacy when using the facilities. I love my apartment and love having the nice neighbors to help a lot.

I want to preface this by saying it’s a decent place to live. Ive had issues with office workers many times, and they always speak to me in a condesending tone. Other than that, I havent really had any issues with anyone else. I like that it’s pet friendly.

Well i dont like how i pay for alot of stuff and plus the rent is too high but the parking lots are bad. Alot of cars gets stucked and they didnt help. there maintenance is bad and bad customer service.
