Our community is pet friendly, and certified service dogs are allowed. Shoutout to AUGUSTINE!!! We had a heating problem, i put in my request in the morning and literally an hour later, Augustine knocks on the door. He is Professional, Efficient, and Courteous. He explained the problem and the solution. He was able to solve the issue fast, and effective. Thank you Augustine!
Augustine is amazing!!
As a tenant we want, efficiency professionalism and courtesy. Augustine does it AGAIN! We had an issue with our bathroom, and everytime he shows up he is kind and courteous… gets to work and is gone before we know it. Thank you again Augustine.

My wishes
I wish windows are better sealed, so noice from Old Seward is less noing, and I wish it is option to have your own dead bolt so can be easier for us over 60 to access apartment with finger print or phone app. Off course manager will have access to apartment whit key or code. Thanks for let us to say what we need
