My son and I live on the bottom floor. I can the neighbors upstairs any time I am home especially in the am. I have not had a good night sleep since I have lived here. This is a very old structure and am ready to move. I would not recommend unless you like noise and finding a parking spot.

It is a beautiful community of neighbors and for the most part I have had good experiences. The maintenance staff is incredible. The landlords have all been friendly. I do hope that the office employees and managers could be more supportive and understanding.

Need more parking with larger/longer parking spots for bigger trucks. Plowing/ ice melting/sanding parking spots. Very slick fell a few times.

I have lived here about 8 -9 years have had a great experience living here. Have not wanted to move. Neighbors, staff, maintainance are all great.

You may think the price is right for the square feet but the place is seriously run down. My refrigerator was literally from 1991 and the garbage disposal stunk from 3 tenants ago. They do very little maintenance. The walls had large off-color splotches all over the apartment. The carpet had not been changed in a few years and there was a corner in one room where a pet had scratched it up so they patched it up. The counters were carved up by knives and there were yellow splashes of something caked on the walls. Not necessarily a list for maintenance but it tells you how CLEAN the apartment was before they hand it over to the next tenant, right? Well, they just charged me $300 plus for cleaning fees. I am really scratching my head at that. I wonder where that money goes.
