Arctic Sun

I’ve been renting here for nearly a decade, and quite enjoy staying here. I have great neighbors and the location is close to many eateries and stores within walking distance; including my job!

Maintenance and staff is so on top of helping out tenants with any of their needs. So you don’t feel unheard, staff is great.

I have been a resident at Arctic Sun for around 7 years and have found my stay here quite pleasant. The comunity here is friendly, many stores and eateries are within walking distance and to top if off so is my job. Some more plusses is thaf it is a secured entrance meaning if you dont have a key to the building you dont have access, and we have a on site laundry room. Charity, my apartment manager is quite friendly and helpful and very easy to approach. We also have a cool maintance gentleman whose name is Eddie that is always very helpful, friendly and does a great job with repairs, and solving problems, both Eddie and Charity have made my stay here at Arctic Sun quite pleasant.

It has been a decent time here. The main issue I have is the parking is a nightmare and that we are ridiculously close to each other. I also have problems with my neighbor's parking and keeping their cars there, especially when we need the parking lot accessible to have the plow truck shovel the snow. Other than that, it has been a decent time living here.

I have been living gere as a resident for about 7 years niw. My experience has been quite good, my neighbors are quite friendly. I live within walking distance from my place of work and many eateries and grocery stores, so thag makes things really convenient. Our maintance guy is super cool and very helpful.

On 7/29/2023 there is a sound in the kitchen which sounds like a slow drip; however, I cannot locate where it is coming from. So, I don’t think it is an emergency.
