So it’s a good apartment great location and very quiet. Downside took me awhile to actually move in with an actual real move in date…. I was trying to get here on my son’s birthday and the website said it would have been available but no that was a lie. I waited almost three weeks to move in . Then the day of my move in i landed at 2:30 in the morning and waited at the airport since 10 for the office to open…I got there with all my bags and belongings to be told I Couldn’t move in for another 7 hours for the place was so called getting cleaned. Place has paint on the carpet and it smells like they had an animal in the past because some places still smell like piss especially by my living room window. I was told there was a laundry room and mail room but never was given the combination to actually get in . It’s no where in my papers that it’s just unit 7 …… I’m really upset because I have things sent to me i can’t even pick up like my meds…… Having literally no one in office is dumb. I work Monday through Saturday 8 am to 5:30 to sometimes 6 and your closed .

I've had a few issues in my apartment (no fault of Weidners) and have had to call emergency maintenance a couple of times. Augustine has responded right away, has always been professional and fixed the problem in a timely manner (really fast actually). I have been in this apartment for almost 5 years and have had to call Maintenace a few times and could not be happier with the new Maintenace crew Weidner has hired. I have gone from being pretty frustrated with rude, unprofessional employees in the past and now know if there are any Maintenace issues, they will actually get fixed! Augustine has been great.

Review

I’ve only lived here for 3 months but I love how fast and attentive staff/maintenance have been since I’ve gotten here. It’s an ideal location for me & my boyfriend because of how convenient the drive is to our work places. It recently had a smoke policy put in place & I appreciate that because the smell of marijuana would linger into apartment & it was unbearable. That aside, I’m happy with where I am.

There is nothing spectacular about this property. But it's also not the worst. I've been able to live here several years.
