I have been a resident in apartments for a long time and this is the first time in a long time I can say that we have an Absolutely awesome, dare I say Stellar maintenance team. Anytime I have had a problem they are quick, efficient, professional and courteous. Even meeting them walking around the property they always have a smile. I love ??living here.
People may be easing up on wearing masks, but that does make Covid any less threatening. I keep checking the exercise room to see if it is free, but as many as 6 people can be in there unmasked. It's a lot of money to pay for not feeling comfortable using one of your best features.

I have lived here for about 3 weeks and I do not have any complaints. The leasing staff is attentive, maintenance is always ensuring the apartments are as they should and the noise level is respectful at all hours. Riverside has truly been feeling like home and I have not been here that long.
I have lived here for about 2 months now, and I can say it is a great place to live.
