Decent

Honestly, had no complaints until they decided to increase the rent over $300 a month before even a year of living here. Luckily, I am temporarily here but I would advise to look elsewhere because the jump in rent is crazy high.

Very well maintained

Have lived here almost a year and love every aspect of the location, the staff and the maintenance crew. The place is quiet for the most part and that is good. If I had to find one downside it would be those tenants with dogs who cannot seem to pick up after their pet. This is not the dog's problem, it is a factor of the inconsideration of some of the dog owners. Again, the staff is doing everything and more to make this a wonderful place to live.

Lots of Rennovations

Since the building was bought out, there have been too many rennovations happening for things that do not need to be updated. Many residents, including myself, are worried rent will increase too much to off set these costs.
