I've lived here for about 6 months, and I love it. The building is small, so getting in and out is quick - no long hallways and gigantic parking garages! The staff are all friendly and responsive. My one-bedroom apartment may be small, but I love it! The light from the floor-to-ceiling windows are wonderful! The building is on a dead-end street, so there's little traffic on the west side but plenty of dog walkers! Easy to get to the metro and King Street!

The staff here are very friendly & helpful! At a glance, its a very nice building. However, the garage’s, that you pay $200/month to park in, door has not been working for almost a year. Cars have been broken into & nothing has been done about it. The garage door is “fixed” for about 3 days at a time and then its left wide open. Additionally, the common areas are listed as amenities, but you have to pay $1000 (you might get the $500 deposit back) to use them for more than 4 people. Super great if you’re an only child. The rent is what it is, but I expect more paying that much and then some. The saving grace(s): not a big building so there are no issues with neighbors; all the ones I’ve met have been very kind. The location is great! You’re in walking distance of pretty much everything that you’d need & DC is a 15 mins (no traffic) drive.

This has been my first apartment and it gas been a great experience. I am in the military and the staff is very welcoming. The building itself is very clean and id recommend it highly to anyone!

Besides the excessive noise from the cars along route 1 the apt complex is nice. I wish they had a leg machine in their gym.
