I have been living here a few months. Besides the recent issue with the trash company, the property stays taken care of. Children play safely amongst themselves without bring bothered by heavy traffic. Cant hear my neighbors much unless very close to windows. Rent is fair. Could be worse in this economy but the maintenance is fairly quick in reapomse time and pest control guy is good at his job. Its all about the company you keep for so far satisfied with property. Property manager could use some more community interaction to appeal more educated to her tenants but employees are okay.

I have to tell you--moving from a house to an apartment can be devastating and depressing all at the same time. Its not been such a pleasant thought over the last 2 months. However, I just signed my lease 2 weeks ago and I've had an easy, smooth, friendly, and welcoming transition. Making sacrifices is hard--when you have people that are pleasant staff at your new apartment community, its makes for an awesome outcome. Thank-you to all the staff at Cold Water! Heather--youre nothing short of amazing. Angela, you took the extra mile to replace my fridge the moment I walked in the door. All the maintenance staff stopped what they were doing to make sure my fridge was delivered at 5:00pm even though they were supposed to be done for the day! Keep being awesome! People like me appreciate the kindness!
