The parking is not great. I have a Neuropathy and I can never get a parking spot by my home. I usually can’t find a parking spot and when I do it obviously not that far of a distance, but I work a lot so when I get off my feet and legs hurt so the parking is an issue

I’ve been a resident here for 8 years. I like living here. Maintenance gets stuff done in a timely manner. Never had any major issues. Office people are friendly. I really like my apartment.

It’s becoming obvious that maintenance is not what it used to be. I’ve noticed it and others have mentioned it to me. In the past, we were offered upgrade options when reupping our lease. Now there is nothing. Just raised rent.

It was a great community at one time but it seems like it’s gone down hill. It looks like mist people don’t pick up dog waste. There is trash throughout the parking lots. It seems like nothing gets upgraded even though rent always increases.
