It has been ok here. I think rent is high for what you get. We Like location .

Unsatisfactory for Price

The outside is not maintained. Grass does not get mowed , landscaping dying or dead. Courtyard is a dumping ground for toys. Small children are allowed to run unsupervised and scream all day and evening. You can not set out and enjoy your patio. Extremely pricey for what you get. Would not recommend anyone to live here!!!
