Love it here and and the amenities are great since I golf and play pickleball, also the natural wood fire pits are going to be great for this winter. We are happy with everything!

I've lived at the Altis Grand for 6 months and it's been an excellent experience. First rate staff, property, maintenance team, and the amenities are world class. The location is excellent. It's located near schools, restaurants, grocery stores, and the expressway. I highly recommend the Grand Altis for any family looking for luxury apartment homes .

Ive loved living at the Bradley for over a year now, the staff is super helpful and the community is safe.

The staff is friendly and responsive. The maintenance staff is likewise friendly, responsive, and professional.

Okay so I've lived here about 3 weeks so far and I love it. It checks every box for me. I love the gym, it has everything I need (including a stair master, which is rare for apartment gyms!). The parking is great & easy (I didn't wanna deal with a parking garage so I was so happy to find this place). A few other things that I love: the staff is friendly (Teri is literally an angel), I love that they pick up the trash DAILY from right outside your door, the location is awesome because it's on a private parkway (also really nice to take walks on), but it dumps you out right onto the highway like 1 minute down the road so you can get anywhere in Tampa pretty quickly. There's two coffee shops right down the street & a gas station right there as well. I also love how they do the mail/package pickup. Your packages get individual lockers so everything is safe & secure until you pick it up (using an app that you just scan and it pops the door open). Honestly 10/10 for the property all around - I'm super happy!

Moving in this week, but we are so elated by the peaceful location, the amenities (pool, 24/7 gym, etc.), the community aspect (garden, cafe, food truck Wednesdays, events), the properties themselves, and especially Teri who's helped us out tremendously in receiving the keys to our dream apartment right now. Thanks so much for all of your help at The Beck, and looking forward to our stay here!

I have lived here for 3 years and I love the area. The staff is super friendly. Really clean. Great price for what your living establishment.

I've been on River Trace for 4 1/2 years. I just recently moved into one of the houses and couldn't be happier. The neighbors are great and have had no issues so far.

I am so impressed with everything about this community, most importantly the management and staff. OASIS has been extremely thoughtful and attentive to our needs. The maintenace team is fabulous, handling any problem very promptly and kindly. They are real wizards. And the staff is very human, nice, understanding and compassionate. We love the OASIS Tampa, as well.

We have lived at the Oasis at Highwoods Preserve for 3 years,we have had zero problems ,Maintenance of the property is great,the staff respond quickly and with care to all request.

This place is great place to live. The maintenance dept is great. Leasing office staff is great. very quiet community. Live there since 2019. I wish I could stay there. The rent has increase each time that I renew lease.

I have lived at the OASIS for almost two years. It is by the far the most organized apartment community I have ever lived at. The new manger Nick has gone above and beyond than what the previous manager would not do. He and his team have made the community a joy to live at and call this place home. The mantience team is always right there to fix any issues that may arise while living at the Oasis. The staff is welcoming and respectful and continue to make the OASIS a wonderful place to call home.

Im so glad my bf and I live here! Allison made everything beautiful and welcoming for us since day 1! She is always readily available to help us with anything we need! I love the office events they always have to include kids and parents & all residents! We are deciding to stay 1 more year since our experience has been impeccable. Beautiful community.. Awesome and professional office staff.. Maintenance crew are super swift and efficient.. Neighbors are WONDERFUL!! Inside the unit is really nice with vinyl floors and modern appliances. My unit in particular is very spacious. It really does give a mature and homely vibe.

We love living here! The open concept of our apartment is soooo much better than the other apartment we used to live in (a sister property). We feel like the value is worth the rent. The staff is amazing and very responsive. If we have any issues, they take care of it right away.

Great place for the 'over 55' crowd. Clean, well maintained, lighted parking. Food is delicious and enough elevator's to support the residents! Very well organized and Eric Pote goes out his way to help with move in's and anything you need after that. Very professional and answers all questions or concerns. Highly recommended!

I have been living here for 7years i have not had problems when i need maintaince they come right away and the office staff are awsome they listen understand and they care and are attentive for my needs i would recommend this apartment complex we are near by supermarket gas stations shopping center and more again the office staff are awsome

I absolutely love this property! The site itself is gorgeous, and the units are wonderful! The intangibles (residents, management company, managing staff, general staff) are absolutely incredible and the best i have ever experienced! I just renewed and I am beyond happy and grateful I am able to live at such an amazing home!
