I have been here for about 3 weeks now and i will say everyone is very nice and for the most part respectful. Aside from a couple times of people parking in our driveway and a time or teo of people banging on our door drunk at 6 am we have had nothing but a great experience here! All in all really glad my wofe found this place to help us settle into florida living coming from New York!
