Nice Place to Live

I have lived here for 4 years so far, prices are still fair and staff do a pretty good job at keeping up with the place. Maintenance could be more proactive but otherwise do what they need to do.

Not like TGM properties

We have been living here for 10 years. Things have changed and not for the better. The staff is great, but ut request to have maintenance done in a timely manner is not great. We have had to place work orders several times before we get anyone to fix a problem. We don't ask often, but when wed do it's a challenge and the quality of work is not great. We never had this issue with TGM.
