Mostly fine, though it's expensive and we get a lot of passive aggressive emails from the management. I get there are people living in the community who are being disrespectful and littering, but it's not us and we don't deserve the annoying emails. We don't like trash being left around the playground or people smoking pot either.

We moved here in 2013 when TGM owned the Yacht Club. It was well maintained and beautiful. The staff was friendly. Not only knew your name, but greeted you with a smile on their faces. Since Northland purchased this complex, the place has gone down. Staff rolls over frequently and are not as friendly. The sprinklers don't work so the grass is not as green and healthy, gazebos are gone, water fountain at the entrance (which was a main feature and beautiful) is gone and basketball court fencing needs replacing to name a few. Work orders placed to have repairs done to apartment take a long time to fulfill and when maintenance finally responds the repairs are never done properly. We have had to do our own repairs. If we took our time paying rent or paid some of it, how long would Northland take to respond and begin eviction proceedings. The quality of this place has greatly suffered and for what we pay in rent, we deserve a lot more.
