We have lived at Yacht Club for many years and jave no complaints! The location is fantastic, the office staff are great, and maintenance has always been reliable!

Mostly fine, though it's expensive and we get a lot of passive aggressive emails from the management. I get there are people living in the community who are being disrespectful and littering, but it's not us and we don't deserve the annoying emails. We don't like trash being left around the playground or people smoking pot either.
