Waterview living review
I've live at Waterview previously Sweetwater for quite a few years. I think the clientele has drastically changed over the years as well as the name and management companies. Overall, it is a nice place to live. I disagree with the patio policies at times. They require patio's to be limited to 2 plants. I think the patios would look more attractive with some greenery and look less like the projects. Plants are therapeutic and I feel this is our home and it should be our decision. I feel both pools should be up and running as this is what I was told when I moved in years ago and at the time they were. I think drinking at the pool and thongs should be a bigger offense than plants. I don't like swimming with drunks or females exposing themselves. Up the bar! Maintenance is excellent!
