Good location, very friendly and helpful staff

    4/5 Anonymous on Jun 30, 2021

Overall pretty good. Very clean and well kept! Staff are all great! Very little indoor storage, no available outdoor storage as it's all taken up. You can't keep anything in the hallways (so they say, I think they are selective on who can put things outside as many people do while others are told not to). No dining room area so it has that studio feel to it, everything just blends together and you gotta make it work. PARKING is the biggest issue, a ton of cars never move and seem deserted so you are stuck fighting for the few available spots every day otherwise you have to park halfway across the parking lot. The internet that you are forced to pay for here is very weak and not worth what they charge you. Constantly having issues with it. A lot of people from out of state moving in who seem to bring their anger and issues with them here which ruins that Florida feel. Otherwise it's a very active community and close to shopping (Publix grocery store within walking distance) and the highway!
