Nice Place and Location

Great location. Descent prices. Be realistic in expectations of what you are getting. The complex is well maintained BUT stuff does break and the place isn't "new". Staff (including Maintenence) does a good job of taking care of things that come up.

Wonderful aspects

The complex is located in a wonderful area, the Maintenance staff is wonderful and always have a smile on their face even though they are crazy busy. Pool is nice, parking is okay and the other occupants is either hit or miss. the trash area is always a headache it seems like. Other than a fee minor things the over all is great.

Love living here ! The only problem people with pets should pick up there ?? The apartment complex has bags for people with pets to pick up the ?? I have a pet it is courtesy that you pick up I'm sure you wouldn't want to step on dog ?? cause you like to walk on the grass

quiet and secluded

the apartments are well maintained. offer a quiet secluded location, that is close to shopping, restaurants, and access to I75. we have lived here for 6 months and highly recommend these apartments the living areas are spacious. The pool and recreation areas are beautiful. And dogs have their own park. The staff and maintenance respond promptly to any issues. once again, we highly recommend these apartments.
