I have lived at View Carlton Arms for over two years. It overlooks the junction of the Braden and Manatee rivers and the view from the back of the property is incredible. There are a lot of households with pets on this property. The people, who live here, are friendly and helpful. The one thing I don't like is the couple who live upstairs sometimes work the night shift and their dog cries all night when he is alone. I am retired, so it's not that big of a deal, otherwise this is a great place to live and I would recommend others to live here as well.
