    They never have someone to answer request in a timely manner. Its very annoying. they need to have a more reliable staff. Also, too many cars, A lot of people own more than 2 cars and dont use garage They need to invest in landscaping to make property look nice.

    It takes months to have things fixed, dog path has poor lighting and nowhere to quickly disgard poop bags along route, people allow kids to walk aroundcunattended ringing doorbells and throwing rocks w/o concequences. Calls/emails go unattended. They claim to have use of a club house but that is not the case. They are selljng straight lies.
