Lived here for over two years and cant see myself living anywhere else. A place I would recommend for everyone!

    5/5 Mark C. on May 20, 2024

In the past our careers have kept us moving every few years. However, we have never enjoyed such an incredible group of professionals as we experience here at the Charleston. Office personnel are pleasant and receptive. Anytime that we call. Maintenance is just incredible, if you make a call, they will be there shortly to see what you need even after hours. And they are some of the nicest and most pleasant people we have ever met. The amenities are awesome from the swimming pool area to the outside gazebo, car wash, tennis courts, workout area, tanning beds. This is just a fantastic place to live. We have been here now for six years and love it . This is the place that you’ve been looking for!

Nice place to live. No noise. Great rooftop. Managers and support staff are awesome.

I viewed all properties before moving in and ended up going with Marine Street. I absolutely loved each one of them because they were unique in their own way. I wanted to be closer to downtown and Marine Street was the perfect fit for me. The staff has been amazing and very attentive. Tabitha and Bri made the process very quick and easy. I had one request after move-in with maintenance and it was addressed in a timely manner. I definitely would recommend The Mobile Lofts.
