Overall, im very happy with the place. The staff is great and the pools are well taken care of. Had some issues with the dryer and they replaced the whole thing. The office staff are very considerate, and cater well to individual needs in my experience. The noise levels can be intense as the walls are thin. You can hear the cars in the parking lot, their music, if anyone is hanging out outside you can hear that too. Oaeking can be an absolute nightmare if you get home late. They say you need a parking pass, but that is not enforced even remotely. HOWEVER, those are the only two issues ive had since living here. Overall, one the betyer places I’ve lived. It feels very safe and Its Definitely worth the money we pay every month. Would encourage anyone to at least come tour the place.

Could be better for the price

I love living in Carondolet. Even so that I moved back into the townhouses after losing my husband. But the rent has steadily climbed with little to no real amenities being added. The appliances are circa 1970s, old and outdated-the ceiling fans circulate dust and dirt instead of air, the playground was removed ans a dog park put in and then people complained about the kids playing in the lots. Theres no gym or exercise area and only 1 pool is accessible. The second is always closed and unusable. The office staff is very stiff and not that friendly. The experience is always stale and cold. The maintenance guys are really good and nice but I can tell they are tired. I had a drawer missing for two years since i had moved in and never got it replaced. One of the new ones came and measured the area and built one for the space. I love my space here and i always brag about it.

I just moved on yesterday with minor repairs. I don’t like that the restroom is located in my room I have to get used to that but other than that great so far.
