Our apartment homes are designed with your lifestyle in mind. Choose from spacious one- or two-bedroom floor plans. *Short-term lease fees apply to 7-9 month lease terms. Qualifications To qualify for residency at The Oakley at Hillcrest, applicants must have a gross monthly income of at least three (3) times the monthly rent. Applicants who do not meet the income requirement may be eligible to use a guarantor. Guarantors must have a gross monthly income of at least five (5) times the monthly rent and meet all applicable screening requirements. Additional qualification criteria, including credit, rental, income, and background verification, may apply. Please contact the leasing office for complete qualification details.
